How participants join your Study.

Every Study supports up to three enrollment modes. They aren't mutually exclusive — turn on any combination, and participants can reach you through whichever channel fits.

  • Track who's been invited and who's responded
  • Personal links can't be shared with others

Combinable

Mix the modes that fit.

Run a public listing for general recruitment and send targeted invitations to your panel — both at once. Direct links keep working in the background.

  • All three modes can be enabled simultaneously
  • Each mode is toggled independently per Study
  • No double-counting — one participant, one session
Status-aware

Public listing follows the lifecycle.

Listings appear when the Study goes Active and disappear when you Pause, Complete, or Archive. Direct links and email invites don't need Active status.

  • Listings update within minutes of a status change
  • Searchable by language and device requirements
  • Can be hidden manually even while Active
Identifiable

Email invites are personal.

Each recipient gets a unique URL bound to their address. If they share it, the second person can't claim the slot. Best when you need to know exactly who responded.

  • Per-recipient response tracking
  • Resend, revoke, or remind individual invites
  • Optional one-click unsubscribe
